Centurion House

Over a period of two years Goldseal have completed a full refurbishment project on Centurion House, Leyland for South Ribble Business Venture Group.
By replacing the old style single glazed metal windows with white upvc, the aesthetics and thermal efficiency of the building has been transformed.
By working in close communication with the Business Venture Group we ensured that this project was carried out with minimum disruption to the tenants.
We have also carried out 2 other window replacement projects for other office complex managed by the Business Venture Group within the South Ribble area.
