Things to consider when choosing a new conservatory:

Shape

The shape of a conservatory is sometimes dictated by the design of the house it will be going on to. Under current planning laws you can build a conservatory as wide as your house and 3meters out on a terrace/semi detached and 4meters out on a detached any bigger than this would require a planning application which we could take care for you.

Base

The base/brickwork construction will dictate where the final product is a conservatory or an orangey.

Conservatories generally have a dwarf wall that is built at 600mm from floor. This ensures that when sat in your conservatory you have an uninterrupted view of your garden. Another option is to have a full height wall on one side of you conservatory, this enable to flat screen TV to be installed on the high wall maximizing space in the conservatory.
The base of an orangery is built with brick pillars that separate the windows and doors. This creates a room which is more resembles a brick built extension.
